LT Home Improvement LLC and LT Roofing & Copper LLC, is family owned and operated by Luis and Magaly Tintin.
Luis started his roofing construction career in 1995, with a residential & commercial building subcontractor. He served the majority of his construction jobs in Connecticut and New York areas with a quality and happy customers and his last 25 years is working on his own company.
In the past 25 years, L. T. Roofing & Copper LLC has built a strong reputation for offering quality workmanship at competitive pricing. Luis is responsible for providing estimates for the company and will meet with you personally to generate a quotation for your project.
Whenever we enter a client’s home, we respect your environment as well as your safety and privacy. We take every measure possible to confine our working mess to the job area, and have the highest standards regarding conduct, appearance and workmanship on the job site.

Luis was called to repair our roof from tree damage, he was so understanding regarding our needs and our budget we decided to have him replace the entire roof including new rafter tails, new facial and soffet along with new venting. He also replaced all the flashing and for a price we could afford. So professional and clean. I recommend him for my family and friends.

Luis and his crew were excellent. Our flat roof and skylight on our 200 year old house needed to be replaced in April of this year. Luis and his crew were always on time and always had on their PPE on when working on our property. They wore the PPE even on the extremely hot days we had in spring. Price was fair and the work was done professionally. They left everyday with tools, materials and work space cleaned up like they were never here. Will be hiring LT Home Improvement next spring for another project on our house.

It went well. More work was required than originally planned, but trust and believe that it was the best course of action. Felt comfortable with Luis' attention to detail and conscienceness. He thoroughly inspected the roof before supplying an estimate. He was patient in the selection process. He seems to take pride in his work and wants to do the job the right way. He is courteous, responsive, experienced and knowledgeable.

It was a big job !! LT Home Improvement did great work. My wife and I were impressed by Luis and his team !! It turned out that most of the old plywood roof needed replacement, too. Plus, the domed dormer was quite a carpentry challenge. We are completely satisfied with the great result. LT rebuilt our roof !! The team worked long and hard (the Luis, too !!) -- skilled wood work and copper crafting. Clean up each day. Luis explained everything in his detailed proposal.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Our roof was 27 years old -- 7 skylights and the chimney needed reflashing. Fascia board needed replacement. Soffits needed work and new vents.

Luis was very personable and friendly. The work was done on time, neatly and within budget. The crew cleaned up after themselves each night. I have maybe found 10 nails in my yard after a complete roof replacement job. When a screen window was lightly damaged, Luis quickly replaced it with no cost.
